Sii Poland is seeking an Applied Machine Learning Researcher to join a high-impact Applied AI research team in Warsaw. You will work closely with cross-functional groups to design, prototype, and scale ML-powered solutions in a regulated banking environment.

You will build and maintain production-ready code, validate models, and contribute to libraries and frameworks. The role requires strong programming skills and English fluency, with hybrid work from the Warsaw office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of AI/ML research or similar role.
• Solid experience in AI/ML domains (ML, DL, NLP, time series, recommender systems).
• Strong programming skills and production-ready code.
• Proven background in researching, prototyping and evaluating AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with complex data in regulated industries; finance experience is a plus.
• Openness to hybrid work from the Warsaw office.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
