Qualifications

• Seasoned software engineer with production apps experience.
• Proficient in Python and/or Java, backend services, APIs and architecture.
• Built and shipped an agent or LLM-powered product end-to-end.
• Experience integrating agents into broader product and backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agents that automate finance workflows.
• Own features from prototype to production deployment.
• Integrate agents with backend services, data models and workflows.
• Ensure secure data access and privacy within Moss platform.
• Drive observability, evaluation, and improvement of agent performance.
