Job summary

Talent Complete is seeking an Application and Field Engineer with a background in HVAC, automation or measurement equipment. The role blends application engineering, commissioning, FAT and technical training for customers and internal teams in a hybrid setup in Poland.

You will train customers and partners on controllers and meters, support parameterization and troubleshooting, and assist with documentation.

Qualifications

• Technical education in HVAC, hydronic systems, automation, or measurement equipment.
• Experience with system commissioning, field service, or installation in operational environments.
• Ability to design and deliver clear technical training sessions (in-person and online).
• Analytical approach to testing, reporting, and FAT experience is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and communication to translate needs into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an Application and Field Engineer with a background in HVAC, automation or measurement equipment. The role combines application engineering, commissioning, FAT and technical training for customers and internal teams.

Location: Hybrid - Tuchom, Poland

Responsibilities:

• Conducting technical training for customers, partners, and internal teams on controllers and meters, including application configuration and best practices
• Providing application engineering support, including parameterization, solution selection, troubleshooting, and assistance with technical documentation
• Supporting system commissioning at facilities (data centers and supermarkets), ensuring proper operation and handover to operations
• Conducting and documenting FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) at the laboratory in Tuchom in accordance with specified test plans and acceptance criteria
• Collecting market feedback and translating it into specific improvements to training materials, application notes, and products or software

Requirements:

• Technical education in HVAC, hydronic systems, automation, or measurement equipment (controllers/meters)
• Experience in system commissioning, field service, or installation work in operational environments
• Ability to design and conduct clear and well-organized technical training sessions (in-person and online)
• An analytical and systematic approach to testing, reporting, and documentation (experience with FAT is a plus)
• Customer-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical needs into practical solutions
• Willingness to travel for commissioning and laboratory work
• Experience in developing or leading training concepts for technical or sales audiences, launching initial training sessions, and iteratively improving them based on feedback
