About the position

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven person with the ambition of taking on new challenges as an Application Analyst. You will be dedicated to work with one of our key clients, as well as cooperating with other teams.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, is naturally customer success focused, and is driven by analytical thinking while solving complex business problems within a global team.

You will be based in Poland, working during evening/late afternoon hours (US time zone customer - ideally 14:00-22:00 Polish time). Your main responsibilities will be to provide both technical and business support to one of our key customers, supporting them with their daily tasks. You will be part of a larger team of experienced Specialists and Engineers (based in Poland and the US) - you can certainly count on their support in your daily work.

Your daily tasks will include:
  • Actively monitoring the inventory management KPIs. Communicate and follow-up any deviations from standard KPIs to the end users as well as super users
  • Reporting and following up with the customer that necessary actions are taken to improve data quality
  • Responding to support questions from the super-users and end-users of the application
  • Maintaining and supervise application to make sure the customer system is running
  • Publishing documentation in the Knowledge Base, create/maintain issue logs, resolution steps
  • Developing and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Communicating with the customers through the Syncron ticketing tool or phone
  • Working closely with the internal teams and assist technical support engineers to suggest improvements and channel feedback from the customers
We expect from you:
  • Fluency in communicating in business English in person or writing
  • Interest in leveraging Information Technology to achieve business objectives
  • Focus on your customers’ needs and aim to deliver best results for your clients
  • Having an analytical mind and interest in problem solving. You should also be driven, flexible, professional, independent, customer focused and outgoing
  • Having experience from and/or knowledge about IT such as SQL, databases, process modeling, data formats, data transmission technologies, etc.u202F
Skills that will give you an advantage (nice to have):
  • SQL and relational databases knowledge
  • Python scripting skills (other scripting languages)
  • Business knowledge of Supply Chain Management
  • European language skills, i.e. Italian, French, or Spanish
  • Knowledge of data formats, i.e. xml, xslt, csv and protocols – SFTP
  • Experience with package application such as ERP, CRM, PLM
  • Exposure to Jenkins/Docker, version control system like GIT
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or another equivalent field
  • Previous experience working in the same or similar position requiring customer facing skills or performing customer support tasks
