Job summary

OANDA Corporation in Warsaw is seeking a Social Media Content and Communications Manager for APAC. You will own the social calendar, produce engaging posts and videos, and align content with regional priorities across Singapore, Australia, and emerging markets.

Reporting to the Global Social Media Lead, you will collaborate with PR, CRM, and performance marketing, manage media relations, and drive thought leadership while ensuring brand consistency in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience growing an organic social presence.
Experience in financial services or regulated settings.
Proven ability to produce content for retail traders and investors.
Strong brand storytelling on social platforms.
Ability to work with media for proactive and reactive communications.
SEO awareness and managing website updates.
Experience with content management systems.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management across multiple projects.
Excellent English copywriting and storytelling.

Responsibilities

Own and manage a calendar of social posts and a production pipeline of assets.
Coordinate with local stakeholders to align content with business priorities.
Collaborate with Performance Marketing to align campaigns and paid distribution.
Develop and execute a video creation roadmap to showcase brand USPs.
Coordinate with APAC analysts to review and distribute content.
Work with CRM team to repurpose content for client emails.
Plan distribution of content (written and video) via organic channels.
Lead drafting, approval, and distribution of local press releases.
Develop a thought leadership and product-led communications calendar.
