Job summary

A global leader in hospitality software based in Poland is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support its APAC customer base. In this fully remote role, you will leverage your expertise in hospitality and revenue management to educate clients on best practices and help them utilize Profitroom's products to maximize bookings. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management and strong communication skills. Flexibility and problem-solving capabilities are essential, alongside fluency in English and familiarity with CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager or similar role in hospitality or travel tech.
  • Experience in hotel revenue or sales management preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Thai is a strong advantage.

  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
