Job summary

LEO Pharma is seeking an Accounts Payables professional to join the finance team in Poland. The role focuses on accurate processing of vendor invoices, timely AP reporting, and maintaining effective vendor relationships to ensure compliant and efficient operations.

You will work within the Accounts Payable department, contributing to monthly controls, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Min 1 year of experience within finance, or accounts payable.
• Practical AP knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end PTP process.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Preparing AP reports for monthly controls, including AP aging, GR/IR, and WHT reporting.
• Reconciling mailboxes for incoming invoices and supporting invoice posting.
• Following up on outstanding open items with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Managing vendor and internal AP requests through ServiceNow.
• Reconciling vendor accounts based on statements received.

Your role

Your primary tasks will include:

• Preparing AP reports for monthly controls, including AP aging, GR/IR, and WHT reporting
