Job summary

LEO Pharma is seeking an Accounts Payables professional in Gdańsk to ensure accurate, efficient handling of vendor invoices and employee expenses. You will prepare monthly AP reports, reconcile mailboxes, and follow up on open items with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Join our AP team in a role that emphasizes clarity, collaboration, and service quality, supporting end-to-end PTP processes and leveraging SAP for accurate postings.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Min 1 year of experience within finance, or accounts payable.
• Practical AP knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end PTP process.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Preparing AP reports for monthly controls, including AP aging, GR/IR, and WHT reporting.
• Reconciling mailboxes for incoming invoices and supporting invoice posting.
• Following up on outstanding open items with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Managing vendor and internal AP requests through ServiceNow.
• Reconciling vendor accounts based on statements received.

Your role

Your primary tasks will include:

• Preparing AP reports for monthly controls, including AP aging, GR/IR, and WHT reporting
• Reconciling mailboxes for incoming invoices and supporting invoice posting
