Job summary

GROUPE ROULLIER is looking for an Animal Nutrition Engineer M/F based in Poland. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in connecting various teams while actively participating in market development for Phosphea products. The position requires expertise in animal nutrition, at least 3 years of experience, and proficiency in English. Responsibilities

• Play the binding role between formulators and nutritionists and sales team in market opening for the Phosphea product portfolio.
• Actively participate in market development and spread of the business in the area for all Phosphea products with highlight on specialty palette range.
• Analyze the animal feed markets in Europe, growth perspectives, opportunities and threats, and report any information of interest.
• Identify customers’ needs, potential objectives and problems to define, propose and deliver the appropriate offer of Phosphea Specialties products and services.
• Endorse the benefits of the Phosphea Specialties products to decision makers (feed and premix factories) and end users (farms) via strong technical presentations backed up by the HQ technical team.
• Master the technical aspects related to Phosphea’s specialties products.
• Develop strong commercial relations with customers through frequent visits, contacts and events.
• Participate in the marketing (advertising, events organization, testimonials, etc.) of the specialty.
• Train the Sales Managers and elevate their technical knowledge to the highest level.
• Maximize market intelligence through Phosphea CRM system for reporting of visits, projects, customer contacts and customer information.

Profile

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent in agriculture or animal nutrition.
• Expertise in poultry and monogastric animals and/or ruminant feed, minimum 3 years.
• Expertise in animal nutrition feed formulations.
• Ability and confidence to give presentations.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Some knowledge of German would be a plus.
• Desire to apply educational background in animal nutrition in real life by bringing the novelties from science to field practice.
• Open, team-oriented and dynamic personality eager to travel and take up big challenges.
