Job summary

Awin Global in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Analytical Engineer to enhance our BI capabilities. This role is pivotal in establishing our Analytical Engineering practice and includes collaboration with Data Engineering and BI teams.

As part of this role, you'll optimize data metrics, lead data quality initiatives, and support self-service reporting. The position offers flexible working, including a four-day work week and remote working allowances.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SQL writing and optimization.
• Experience with dbt in a production environment.
• Ability to model data effectively and clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build the Analytics Engineering practice and documentation.
• Work across teams to support BI Developers and Data Engineering.
• Drive self-serve analytics and design data marts.
