Job summary

ITConnect is seeking a Java developer to join an agile team in a hybrid role (office 3 days/week). You will craft robust, well-tested software using Java, Gradle, Spring Boot and related tech, while contributing across technologies as needed.

You will shape solutions by considering regulatory needs in collaboration with business stakeholders. Requirements include 4–5 years of Java experience, English fluency, API data consumption, and experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar.

Please note, there is an expectation to work in hybrid model – 3 times per week at the office.

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• Understanding of development principles and 4-5 years’ experience as a Java developer.
• Java, Gradle, Spring Boot, Spring Integration
• Oracle, Kafka
• Experience of developing and improving CI/CD pipelines (both on development and deployment side).
• Experience of Docker, Kubernetes
• Fluency in English, as it is used on a daily basis
• Experience with consuming data from API services
• Understand how to define and design test that covers application including negative test etc.
