McCormick & Company seeks an Americas Supply Chain Reporting and Analysis Manager to partner with North America Finance and Commercial teams. You will focus on COGS variance analysis, cost component reporting, and SAP costing alignment to deliver insightful management reporting down to product level.
The role requires strong Excel, SAP costing knowledge, and experience with data analytics in a multi-plant environment. Collaboration across teams and proactive process improvement are essential.
Americas Supply Chain Reporting and Analysis Manager works with the North America Finance Business Partners on Cost of Goods Sold performance reporting, to produce forward-looking supply chain analysis to drive decision-making and deliver business results. Reporting to Finance Director, Americas COGS Reporting & Analysis, the manager will pay particular attention to management reporting COGS variance analysis. He/she will help develop reports and analysis of financial information that are insightful to main stakeholders within the Supply Chain and Commercial functions down to product level.

Compensation: starting from PLN 12 700 gross per month
Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
