Sii Poland is seeking a skilled technician for on-site work in Mielec, joining our Engineering Competence Center focused on electrical and mechanical assembly for major aircraft manufacturers. You will perform assembly, use various joining methods, and ensure documentation and quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates have vocational technical education, hands-on mechanics experience, and the ability to read drawings. Polish language and residency in Poland are required.

Qualifications

• Vocational education in a technical or mechanical field is required.
• Experience in mechanics, assembly, or locksmithing is preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation.
• Manual dexterity and precision in work.
• Independent, quality-oriented with timely task completion.
• Responsible and professional approach to duties.
• Good self-organization and time management.
• Commitment, dynamism and resourcefulness in action.
• Polish language proficiency; residence in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Performing work in accordance with regulations and applicable standards.
• Preparation and initial assembly of structures, parts, and components, including drilling elements.
• Using joining techniques such as riveting, screwing, or gluing.
• Assembling universal rivets, Hi-Lite, Hi-Lok, and breakaway rivets.
• Processing and applying sealants according to guidelines.
• Adhering to quality standards and documenting them.
• Operating and properly using measuring instruments.
