ADAPTOVATE is seeking an Associate Consultant to work directly with clients, understand complex business problems, and help translate AI-driven ideas into practical solutions. You will analyse data and processes, design and test AI-enabled solutions, and guide implementations with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3-6 years of relevant experience, fluent Polish and strong English, and willingness to travel. A hybrid work model and international exposure are offered.

• Ability to work across business and technology teams.

Aufgaben

• Work directly with clients to understand complex business problems and identify AI value.
• Analyse data, processes and journeys to understand problems and opportunities.
• Design, build and test AI-enabled solutions, prototypes, workflows and automations.
• Test solutions with clients and users and iterate quickly.
• Move successful solutions from prototype through implementation and adoption.
• Manage project workstreams, milestones and client deliverables.
