Job summary

10x connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs and ambitious companies to shape next‑gen medical AI systems. We are seeking a senior surgeon who can teach AI to understand real surgical reasoning and documentation.

You will review AI outputs, draft realistic surgical scenarios, and provide structured feedback, on a flexible 8–20 hour weekly remote basis across the EU/UK.

This freelance role offers access to our AI Academy and the chance to influence practical AI applications in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Senior-level surgeon with EU/UK experience.
• Experience advising on procedures and documentation.
• Available 8–20 hours per week.
• Ability to work independently and provide structured feedback.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to surgical procedures.
• Evaluate AI responses for clinical accuracy and practicality.
• Draft realistic surgical scenarios from your experience.
• Create scenario variations from multiple perspectives.
• Identify gaps or weak reasoning in AI content.
