Job summary

TestYantra Software Solutions is seeking a seasoned software engineer to deliver production services and automation in an operational environment. The role emphasizes observability, Python scripting, and API/webhook integrations to enable reliable, scalable systems.

The candidate should bring DevSecOps mindset, cross-team collaboration, and experience with GenAI in operations to improve incident handling, runbooks, and automation paths. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

Hands-on software engineering delivering production services or automation.
Expertise in observability data (logs, metrics, traces, alerts) to drive improvements.
Proficient in Python scripting and API/webhook integrations.
Strong DevSecOps and continuous delivery mindset; frequent, high-quality changes.
Builds production-ready tooling with monitoring, audit trails, and supportability.
Ability to lead across multiple teams and manage dependencies.
Experience with Agile delivery; solid documentation and collaboration.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Experience implementing AI/GenAI for operations (RAG, etc.).
Awareness of Responsible AI, human-in-the-loop and auditability.
Develop engineering standards and reusable automation paths.
