Job summary

Sopra Steria Polska is seeking a Product Owner (AI) to join our international squads in Katowice. You will lead the AI as a Service offering for software development teams, shaping versioned roadmaps, driving adoption and coordinating with engineering to turn strategy into viable features.

The role requires strong AI knowledge, 5+ years in product or service ownership, English at B2/C1, and occasional travel to our Katowice office.

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital services or platforms across their lifecycle (launch, evolution, adoption)
• 5+ years as Service Owner, Product Owner or Product Manager of digital services or platforms (AI domain preferred)
• Experience working with software engineering or DevOps teams
• Experience defining and managing product or service roadmaps, with measurable KPIs
• Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts and their use cases in SDLC
• Knowledge of current AI developer tooling landscape (AI coding assistants and agentic IDEs) and open-source equivalents
• Ability to understand technical concepts and trade-offs without being a hands-on AI engineer
• EU citizenship
• Fluent English: B2/C1
• Willingness to travel to Katowice occasionally

Responsibilities

• Own the service: vision delivery, roadmap, priorities and lifecycle
• Define and track KPIs (adoption, usage, user satisfaction, cost) and report to stakeholders
• Identify improvement opportunities based on data and feedback
• Coordinate technical team to deliver the service
• Prioritize user feedback with a visible feedback loop to users
• Drive adoption across development teams via onboarding, docs, training and demos
• Build and support the AI developer community
• Act as the main interface between business stakeholders, users and technical teams
• Drive continuous evolution and adoption of the service
