Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM discipline.
• 3–5 years of software development experience with solid design fundamentals.
• 1+ year hands-on experience architecting and deploying AI solutions.
• Proficiency in at least one imperative language (Java, C/C++, Python, JavaScript).
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy end-to-end AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and autonomous agents, to improve risk management processes.
• Develop technical specifications, infrastructure designs, testing strategies, and implementation plans.
• Learn about capital and regulatory requirements, and translate them into prompt engineering.
• Build strong relationships with regulators, senior risk managers and senior business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers to identify patterns and build common solutions.
