Job summary

Tidio LLC is seeking a highly autonomous builder to own end-to-end features for Lyro, our AI customer-support agent. You’ll integrate with client systems, optimize the agent engine, and handle infrastructure and orchestration across the stack.

You should bring a real technical specialization in frontend, backend, ML or infra, and a hands-on approach to using AI tools for production. Remote-first with optional office access in Poland is offered.

Qualifications

• Real technical specialization in frontend, backend, ML or infra.
• Stack includes Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript; depth in at least one.
• Strong ability to work with AI tooling for production-grade features.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end features from client talks to production shipping.
• Develop integrations and distribution channels for the agent.
• Work across the full stack to optimize context engineering, tool use and prompts.
