Tidio recruits a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to advance Lyro and NLP systems powering global customer interactions. You will collaborate with a small ML team to design, implement, and deploy production-ready AI agents and tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end NLP and DL model experience in production.
• Hands-on in deploying LLM-based systems for real users.
• Strong Python programming and REST API experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on Lyro, the AI agent for NLP tasks and conversations.
• Collaborate with engineers and product leads to design and refine NLP models.
• Build and iterate on multi-agent workflows and knowledge-base tools.
• Deliver state-of-the-art conversational AI products at scale.
• Apply model prompts, versioning, and monitoring in production.
