Job summary

Stryker is offering a 12-month internship in Poland focused on shaping training solutions through data analytics and AI-powered tools. You will work with training professionals, technology experts, and stakeholders to deliver dashboards, KPI reports, and automation initiatives that improve compliance and business impact.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields (Business Admin, Informatics, Data Analytics, AI, CS, Psychology, Engineering, Quality Management).
• Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• English language proficiency at C1 level, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with self-motivation and organisational abilities.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies and innovative ways of working.
• Availability for a 12-month internship and commitment to 30–35h/week.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and continuous improvement of role-based training programs.
• Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports measuring training effectiveness and compliance.
• Monitor training compliance, analyze trends, and support corrective actions.
• Investigate and resolve training-related inquiries and coordinate with internal service teams.
• Explore opportunities to improve training processes through automation and AI.
• Support development, testing, and validation of AI-powered tools, reporting automation, chatbots, and training apps.
• Assist in building proofs-of-concept and pilot projects to evaluate emerging technologies.
• Create user documentation and adoption materials for new digital solutions.
