We're looking for a curious, technically capable AI Software Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you'll build and ship features across our product, with a particular focus on integrating AI capabilities, including LLM-powered functionality and AI-assisted development practices, into scalable, API-first systems. This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience building production software while working alongside experienced engineers. You'll contribute code, participate in system design discussions, work with modern data platforms such as MongoDB, and help bring AI-driven features to life while continuing to grow your technical skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values: 126 000 and 189 000PLN. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
