You will design, build, and deploy end-to-end automation and AI tools, focusing on Gemini AI model experiments, prompts, and RAG workflows to streamline operations and generate valuable features.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in technical operations, software development, data analysis, or developer support.
• Experience as Systems Specialist Tier I is a plus.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and autonomously deploy production-ready tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Locality Experts to gather requirements and design AI tools and automated pipelines.
• Create and improve configurations to optimize daily workflows in geospatial processes.
• Triage and debug complex issues, coordinating with Engineering to ensure systemic resolution.
• Draft Tools Requirements Documents and quantify impact of suggested changes.
• Design and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and perform RCA analysis.
