Job summary

Cleeng is seeking a Growth Marketing Intern to support demand generation and content creation for six months. You will work with our Product Marketing Director on LinkedIn ads, outbound lists, and experiments to drive traffic, while learning AI-first B2B marketing in a global team across Amsterdam, Poznań, Manila and NYC.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and AI tools, with weekly mentoring and opportunities to contribute to campaigns and content across

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in marketing, business, economics, communications or related field.
• Proficiency in using AI.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfort with numbers: spreadsheets and metrics like CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead.
• Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in your work.
• Curiosity about B2B SaaS, streaming and subscription businesses.
• Organized and reliable; flag blockers early.
• Nice-to-have: experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot or Instantly.

Responsibilities

• Support lead nurturing by managing HubSpot nurture flows, drafting emails, and keeping data clean.
• Support outbound by building prospect lists and outreach sequences.
• Track results, run tests, and maintain a marketing dashboard with weekly metrics.
• Create content: LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and newsletter items, plus video scripts.
• Learn AI workflows and use Claude tools daily.
• Benefit from weekly 1:1 mentoring with Product Marketing Director.
• Mostly remote work with a weekly Poznań sync for PZN-based candidates.
