monday.com, based in Warsaw, is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a talented development team in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment. You’ll drive end-to-end delivery, from product conception to deployment, while shaping engineering culture and processes.

You will manage people, recruit top talent, and work closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver scalable, high-quality features. Office-based in Warsaw with a focus on growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team and leading projects hands-on from start to finish.
• Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment.
• Passion for both client-side and server-side development.
• Team player with strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Computer Science (not mandatory; we value talent).

Responsibilities

• Be both a technical leader and people manager.
• Lead a development team – recruiting top talents, mentoring, building processes, engineering culture, etc.
• Centralize team activities, including new feature development, automation, testing, bugs management, and planning iterations in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other developers to execute the roadmap and deliver a great user experience.
• Develop features end-to-end from product thinking to post-deployment analysis.
• Be a key member in leadership forums, oversee employee development and growth.
