Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced engineer to join the Developer Experience team driving AI adoption across engineering organizations. The role blends hands-on software development with developer enablement to boost productivity through automations, better workflows, and modern tooling.

You will collaborate across product areas, publish technical docs, and promote AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code. This role is based in Toruń, Poland, and offers on-site opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or Developer Experience roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and engineering best practices.
• Experience working with Java and Git-based development workflows.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Building automations and tooling improvements that enhance developer productivity.
• Supporting engineering teams in adopting AI-assisted software development practices.
• Improving repository structure, documentation, and standards to enable effective AI-assisted coding.
• Developing and extending integrations between engineering tools and internal platforms.
• Creating reusable templates, workflows, and best practices for software development.
• Collaborating with software engineering teams across multiple product areas.
• Preparing technical documentation, examples, and enablement materials.
• Promoting adoption of modern AI developer tools, including GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
