Job summary

Genetec is seeking a mid-/senior-level engineer to help modernise our AI/GenAI stack and enable scalable data workflows in Krakow. You will work on data acquisition, transformation, and model deployment pipelines to accelerate experiments and production readiness.

You’ll join a diverse team spanning Poland, Canada and France, contributing to robust and secure software that advances intelligent video surveillance solutions globally.

Qualifications

• Experience building data-driven applications and ML/AI platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Golang and .NET.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and MLOps concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines and self-service data capabilities for model training and deployment.
• Design scalable inference platforms and automated deployment workflows.
• Collaborate across teams in Poland, Canada and France to modernise ML/GenAI stack.
