Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an Account Manager – AI Natives, Startups / Scaleups in Poland to drive engagements with AI-native startups, labs, and ecosystems, translating business goals into high-value AI solutions using NVIDIA technology.

You'll partner with Solution Architects, Business Development, engineering and GTM teams across regions to accelerate adoption, build references, and cultivate new opportunities. Strong communication and regional ecosystem knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of significant work experience in AI natives, startup, scaleup, labs ecosystem.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills across engineering, sales, marketing, executives, and partners.
• Understanding of NVIDIA's full stack architecture across software, servers, and cloud.

Responsibilities

• Engage AI Native startups, labs to understand goals and business needs, deliver high-value solutions.
• Act as ambassador for AI native companies across ecosystems including developer communities and partners.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Business Development, engineering, and GTM channels to drive demand for NVIDIA AI platforms.
• Build partner and customer references and case studies.
• Watch for emerging use cases to cultivate opportunities.

What You Will Be Doing

• Engage AI Natives startups, and labs to understand their goals, strategies, and technical and business needs. Help define and deliver high-value solutions that meet these needs.
• Act as ambassador for AI native companies across extended ecosystems, including developer communities, cloud partners, solution providers, and enterprises.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Business Development, engineering, and go-to-market channels across regions to drive demand for our AI platforms. Codify the customer value proposition.
• Build partner and customer references and case studies.
• Watch for and develop emerging use cases to help cultivate new opportunities.
• Attend industry events to represent NVIDIA and recruit and engage the ecosystem.

What We Need To See

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from a leading University, Master’s/MBA or meaningful experience.
• 5+ years of significant work experience, inclusive of AI Natives, startup, scaleup, labs ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of AI industry business development and driving adoption and growth of technology-based solutions in the space of generative and agentic AI.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills are crucial. Work comfortably across all major internal functional areas (engineering, sales, marketing, executives), as well as external partners, customers, and content developers.
• Understanding of NVIDIA's full stack architecture across software, servers, and cloud.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. For Poland: The cash compensation range is 345,000 PLN - 598,000 PLN for Level 3, and 435,000 PLN - 754,000 PLN for Level 4. , , JR2025725
