The AI Lead Developer role focuses on building scalable AI capabilities, translating business requirements into production-ready solutions, and collaborating with architects, product owners, and engineers across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and AI exposure.
• Hands-on AI/ML experience in a business environment.
• Proficient Python and common AI/ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding APIs, deployment practices, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI and Generative AI solutions for business use cases.
• Build, test, and deploy applications using ML, NLP, LLMs, and related tech.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into working AI solutions.
• Contribute to RAG-based and prompt-driven AI applications.
• Support integration of AI capabilities into existing tools and workflows.
• Partner with leads to ensure scalable, maintainable AI solutions.
• Participate in experimentation, prototyping, validation, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement of AI products.
• Follow established development, testing, and documentation practices.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing in AI development.
