Qualifications

• University Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, CS or Business.
• Minimum 3 years in software/database development.

Responsibilities

• Own development and maintenance of ECC Translator framework with BidManager and EPLAN.
• Design data mappings and translation logic for automated data transfer.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize EPLAN macros from BidManager data.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business units to standardize interfaces.
• Ensure data synchronization of product, commercial, and technical data across systems.
• Define AI rules, prompts, and validation methodologies for Spec Reader.
• Maintain BidManager attributes and metadata for AI support.
• Establish data governance for BidManager content and AI readiness.
• Design and test prompt engineering strategies to improve AI outputs.
• Support AI models, validation frameworks, and user testing activities.
• Provide advanced technical support for integration and AI issues.
• Identify automation opportunities across EMEA sales and engineering tools.
• Lead continuous improvement to increase digitalization and proposal quality.
• Act as SME for BidManager integrations and AI-enabled spec analysis.
• Own assigned platforms, interfaces, and AI solutions, driving value.
