Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS or related field.
2 years of Python software development experience or 1 year with an advanced degree.
2 years of experience with Generative AI techniques (LLMs, multi-modal, and vision).
Experience implementing DevOps and MLOps pipelines.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead developer for complex AI applications, moving from prototype to production-grade workflows.
Architect and code the connective tissue between Google's AI products and customers' live infra.
Build high-performance Eval pipelines and observability for accuracy, safety, and latency.
Identify repeatable field patterns and convert them into reusable modules or feature requests.
Co-build with customer teams to instill Google-grade development practices.
