Lever, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer - AI-First based in Poland. Join an autonomous team building AI-powered, scalable software for automated work compliance and governance.

You will blend backend development (Java, Spring Boot) with frontend (Angular, TypeScript) and own cloud deployments, security, and code quality. This remote role values autonomy, growth, and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack focus.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot backend; Angular and TypeScript frontend.
• Interest in AI-assisted development and ability to review AI-generated code for production quality.

Responsibilities

• Own product development within autonomous team, define priorities with Product.
• Develop and maintain full-stack apps using Java/Spring Boot and Angular/TypeScript.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, security and scalability.
• Take end-to-end ownership from design to deployment in cloud.
• Maintain secure development practices and identify vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate across frontend and backend priorities based on product impact.
