The role emphasizes high autonomy, Dockerized environments, PostgreSQL/Elasticsearch tuning, testing, and documenting architectures. Remote work is possible, with the option to engage from Poland or other locations.

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack development experience with a backend ecosystem (Python/Node.js/PHP) and a modern frontend framework.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch.
• Ability to use AI tools to speed up development while ensuring code correctness.
• Experience with Docker, automated tests, and documenting architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize systems, expanding backend and frontend architectures for portals with large datasets.
• Design and tune databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and search (Elasticsearch/SOLR).
• Integrate AI tools to speed up coding and automate tasks.
• Create secure, scalable APIs and client/internal integrations.
• Write tests (unit/integration) and maintain technical documentation.
