Job summary

Coople Poland is seeking a pragmatic and hands-on Full Stack Data Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of our data platform. You’ll drive data democratisation with trusted, easy-to-use data for product teams, business users, and clients.

Our stack features Databricks and Power BI, with AI-first improvements and a chat-based interface for natural language questions. You’ll collaborate with Warsaw teams in a hybrid setup to deliver reliable data and insights.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of data engineering experience with strong foundations
• Databricks (Spark/Delta) experience and building/operating a Data Lake
• Power BI knowledge for data modelling and reporting
• Strong engineering standards and production readiness for data pipelines
• Experience owning data end-to-end and enabling data democratisation
• Interest in AI-first development and chat-based data access

Responsibilities

• Own the full data lifecycle from ingestion to analytics-ready datasets
• Develop dashboards and reporting in Power BI with clear definitions
• Maintain a single source of truth for key metrics and ownership
• Collaborate with Warsaw-based teams to ensure robust data contracts
• Advance AI-first workflows and chat-based data access concepts
