Job summary

Coople is seeking a pragmatic and hands-on Full Stack Data Engineer to own our data platform end to end, enabling data democratisation and trusted analytics for product teams and clients. You’ll work with Databricks, AWS, and Power BI, shaping an AI-first data stack and conversational data interfaces for stakeholders in Warsaw and other locations.

You’ll collaborate with Warsaw-based development teams, contribute to data contracts, data quality, and documentation, and help drive faster, safer

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of experience in data engineering with fundamentals.
• Databricks expertise (Spark/Delta) and building/operating a Data Lake.
• Power BI knowledge for modelling and reporting; stakeholder-facing dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own full data lifecycle from ingestion to analytics-ready datasets.
• Deliver dashboards and reporting in Power BI with clear metrics.
• Enable data democratization and self-service through documentation and catalogs.
• Collaborate with Warsaw teams to ensure robust data contracts and integrations.
