Job summary

Arrive is at the forefront of urban mobility. We seek a Software Engineer to join the AI-First Pulse Core team, building a robust, self-service developer platform and shared core services that speed the City’s Experience product teams.

You will translate high‑level ideas into production code with AI, own features from concept to deployment, and collaborate across disciplines with a culture of learning. Candidates across Poland who can travel to Łódź when required are welcome.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience in a full stack or backend-centric role.
• Proficient in using generative AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or Codex in development workflow.
• Strong backend background with Java, Kotlin, or Go; understanding of concurrency, distributed systems, API design.
• Hands-on with Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript; willing to apply backend skills to the full stack.
• DevOps & SRE mindset: production deployment, monitoring, and incident resolution; on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Develop Full stack Features (Backend-Heavy): Node.js backend development, with Java/Kotlin/Go background.
• Build with AI as Your Partner: use AI to design, test, and deploy features across the full stack.
• Embrace agentic engineering: translate high-level concepts into prototypes and production code with AI acceleration.
• Collaborate and Learn: participate in team ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous learning with AI.
• Own Your Work & Infrastructure: ownership from concept to production, including monitoring and on-call rotations.
