Job summary

SoftwareOne is expanding its Data & AI practice in Poland, delivering AI-powered solutions with Microsoft Azure and Generative AI technologies. You will design intelligent assistants, retrieval-augmented generation, and automation workflows across industries for global clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI, Data Engineering, Software Development or a related technical field.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts and Large Language Models.
• Experience building AI-powered applications such as chatbots, assistants, CV, speech or multimodal solutions.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI services and Azure AI tools.
• Understanding of APIs, data processing and system integrations.
• Knowledge of AI architectures, evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering and Responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions using Azure AI services and LLMs.
• Develop RAG architectures leveraging enterprise knowledge sources.
• Create AI assistants, copilots and intelligent automation workflows.
• Build document understanding and knowledge retrieval solutions using Azure AI services.
• Integrate AI capabilities with business applications and APIs.
• Support deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement of AI applications.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities including multimodal AI and autonomous agents.
