Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Warsaw is seeking an AI Engineer to partner with teams to develop, operationalize, integrate, and scale new AI products. You will engage in proof of concepts and experiments to evaluate models and technologies across clouds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience building AI products end-to-end from pipeline to interface.
• Experience in at least one IT role with teamwork and awareness of cultural impacts.
• Experience with Azure, GitHub Actions and CI/CD in general.
• Knowledge of Python and AI frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.

You will also contribute to central re-usable libraries and repositories and deploy algorithmic products across the clouds.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in proof of concepts and experiments to evaluate new models and technology.
• Develop high quality, standard-compliant, tested code.
• Contribute code and tools to central re-usable libraries and repositories.
• Develop AI agents, tools, skills, features, data quality tests, ETL/ELT pipelines, and distributed computer architectures.
• Deploy AI products across the clouds, skillfully leveraging cloud-native services.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Demonstrate application of skills in at least one IT job with basic awareness of Integrated Risk Management and IT Operations.
• Experience of building AI products end-to-end - from the pipeline to the LLM call to the interface.
• At least one relevant role/experience is required, with participation in teamwork and awareness of cultural impacts on work.
• Experience with Azure, GitHub Actions and CI/CD in general.
• Knowledge of Python, strong familiarity with AI (incl., agentic) frameworks - LangGraph, LangChain.
