Zohorecruit; Polska; Hybrid; PLN 120,000 - 190,000; Full time

Job summary

WIT Software is seeking an AI-assisted UI/UX Designer to blend craftsmanship with AI-powered workflows, turning ideas into compelling experiences and working prototypes.

You will design great experiences for mobile and web, move quickly from sketches to high-fidelity prototypes, and build design systems while collaborating with developers and AI tools.

This role emphasizes curiosity, product thinking, and an AI-native mindset to stay ahead in the AI era.

Qualifications

• Creativity: You don't just make interfaces look better. You turn ideas into experiences.
• Product Thinking: You understand the problem, the user and the journey, not just the screen.
• Curiosity: You constantly explore new tools, new interaction models and new ways of designing.
• AI-Native Mindset: AI is part of your everyday workflow — for thinking, exploring, designing, prototyping and building.
• Strong Design Craft: You have excellent visual judgement, attention to detail and a strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, interaction and usability.
• Figma Mastery: You are comfortable with Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, Tokens, prototyping and Design Systems.
• Ability to Build: You are willing to go beyond Figma and use AI-assisted development tools to create functional prototypes.
• Ability to Learn and Explore: The tools will change. The workflows will change. You learn fast, experiment constantly and adapt even faster.

Responsibilities

• Design Great Experiences: Create modern, elegant and intuitive experiences for mobile and web, from initial concept to polished interface.
• Turn Ideas into Prototypes: Move rapidly from sketches and user journeys to high-fidelity, interactive and functional prototypes.
• Design with AI: Use tools such as Figma AI, ChatGPT/Codex, Claude, Claude Code, Replit and AI agents to explore concepts, generate alternatives, prototype and iterate faster.
• Bridge Design with Code: Go beyond static mockups. Use AI-assisted coding and prototyping to bring experiences to life and reduce the distance between design and implementation.
• Build Design Systems: Create and evolve scalable Design Systems using components, variants, variables, tokens and reusable interaction patterns.
• Design for AI-Assisted Development: Structure designs, components and Figma files so that both developers and AI coding agents can understand and implement them effectively.
• Explore the Next Design Workflow: Experiment with emerging approaches such as Figma MCP, Code Connect, design-to-code and agentic design workflows.
