Job summary

Software Mind is seeking a Technical Lead (C#/.NET) to head the AI-accelerated development of a next-generation risk platform from Warsaw. You’ll lead an AI-first team of C#/.NET and React developers, with a Python contributor and data platform engineer, balancing leadership with about 70% hands-on coding.

You’ll deploy via Docker, Helm, and Azure DevOps pipelines to AKS, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with the client on architecture and design reviews.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of commercial software development.
• 5+ years in a technical lead role on production systems.
• Expert in C#/.NET with hands-on coding recently.
• Proficient in Python, React and TypeScript for feature building and reviews.
• Experience with AI tooling and agentic coding workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship production C#/.NET services, APIs and React features.
• Review Python work to the same standard as the .NET codebase.
• Use AI coding tools as primary accelerators, with automated tests.
• Deploy via Docker, Helm and Azure DevOps to AKS and integrate with Microsoft Fabric.
• Translate architecture designs into technical plans and code-level designs.
• Lead code reviews and set engineering standards for testing and tooling.
• Track status, surface risks, mentor developers through reviews and pairing.
• Act as technical point of contact with the client, leading standups and design reviews.
