Job summary

ELEKS is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Poland to lead end-to-end Fixed Price software projects for enterprise clients. You will guide governance, delivery processes, and cross-functional teams across distributed locations.

You will manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations, while embedding AI into PM workflows to improve planning, reporting and collaboration. Strong communication and negotiating skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management with end-to-end ownership of complex Fixed Price software projects.
• Experience with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholder groups, including senior/executive stakeholders.
• Experience setting up projects from scratch: team formation, governance, delivery processes, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a Fixed Price project.
• Establish project governance, delivery processes, and communication frameworks.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive alignment across internal teams and multiple customer departments.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, resourcing, forecasts, and financial metrics; address deviations.
• Manage scope, Change Requests, risks, and dependencies with structured identification and escalation.
• Ensure transparent, data-driven communication on status, risks, financials, dependencies and decisions.
• Lead distributed, cross-functional teams and handle negotiations, conflicts and escalations.
• Embed AI into day-to-day PM workflows to improve planning, reporting, documentation, communication and risk management.
• Identify opportunities to automate PM activities using AI tools and integrations, improving efficiency and visibility.
• Promote practical AI adoption while ensuring outputs meet security and confidentiality requirements.
