Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Professional Services Architect to own hands-on customer engagements from discovery to deployment, focusing on EDR/XDR and Prompt Security implementations. You will guide architecture, integration, and governance across endpoints, identity, cloud security, and security operations.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in enterprise cybersecurity, strong communication, and experience partnering with MSSPs and system integrators.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity, customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Service or security engineering.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise EDR/XDR: deployment, configuration, integration, migrations from incumbents.
• Understanding of endpoint telemetry, detection/response workflows, and integration with SIEM, identity, and cloud security platforms.
• Experience designing and delivering AI security controls — Prompt Security or similar.
• Awareness of AI security risks: prompt injection, data leakage, shadow AI, automated workflows.
• Experience contributing to engagement scoping, effort estimation, and SOW input.
• Strong communication across technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with channel partners in delivery or advisory capacity.
• Proficiency across Windows, Linux, macOS (installation, config, security practices).
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Solid security/network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, IDS/IPS).
• Automation/scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CCSP)

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical owner for customer engagements spanning SentinelOne EDR/XDR deployments and Prompt Security implementations.
• Lead discovery, solution design, and architecture across endpoint protection, identity, cloud security, and SOE integrations.
• Advise customers on AI governance, data protection, and policy enforcement; address prompt injection and shadow AI risks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during active deployments; escalate when complex decisions arise.
• Collaborate with pre-sales to scope engagements and provide technical input into SOWs.
• Work with channel partners (MSSPs, system integrators, resellers) to guide delivery and build capability.
• Contribute to internal and partner-facing delivery docs and technical guides.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and represent their needs internally.
