Job summary

Zadbano SA in Warsaw is seeking a product-focused engineer to own the intake pipeline and turn business needs into measurable specifications with KPI-driven briefs. You will bridge business and code, coordinating with the Head of Innovation to ensure tests, metrics and automation underpin every release.

You will perform product discovery with users and internal customers, define event models, and lead cross-functional meetings to align priorities with data.

Qualifications

• Experience turning vague business requests into tested, measurable flows.
• Fluent in BDD/ATDD and End-to-End automation; comfortable reading and writing code.
• Analytical: you define the event model and read the numbers yourself.

Responsibilities

• Own the process from request to measured effect: filter inflow of business needs and define KPI.
• Create scenarios and specifications (BDD/ATDD); ensure Definition of Ready.
• Develop end-to-end tests and automation for core flows.
• Instrument product metrics: event model, funnels, KPI read-outs after releases.
• Conduct product discovery with users and internal customers via the internal portal.
• Lead product meetings between business and dev with data-driven priorities.
