Job summary

Meniga in Warsaw is seeking a senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer to lead a multicloud migration and stabilize production systems at scale. You will own CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and deployment automation across environments, partner with engineering squads, and bring AI tooling into workflows to enhance reliability and speed.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, navigate a regulated environment, and shape cloud strategy for real-world banking workloads affecting millions of users.

Qualifications

• Real production experience running infrastructure at scale with real clients.
• Min. 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years with public clouds.
• You've worked across more than one cloud provider or led a migration.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm and Terraform; IaC literacy.
• Comfortable in regulated, high-stakes environments and security requirements.
• AI-native mindset using tools like Cursor and Claude Code.

Responsibilities

• Drive the multicloud strategy end-to-end, design, prove out and operationalise AWS alongside Azure.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment automation across environments.
• Partner with engineering squads to make cloud migration decisions that hold up under client load.
• Keep production systems reliable while the underlying infrastructure evolves.
• Bring AI into the DevOps workflow, tooling and testing.
• Push back when shortcuts threaten reliability or security.
