Job summary

Talanto in Kraków is seeking a talented Fullstack Engineer to build complex systems, integrate external services, and leverage AI tools to speed up development and automate workflows. You’ll develop end-to-end features for SaaS products and internal tools with Next.js, React.js, Node.js and NestJS, while designing APIs and implementing AI-driven automation.

Fluent English and Polish are expected, and you’ll collaborate with product, data, and leadership teams to turn ideas into production-ready

Qualifications

2.5+ years of professional full-stack experience.
Strong frontend skills in React.js and Next.js.
Backend experience with Node.js (NestJS preferred).
Experience integrating external APIs with auth, pagination, retries, rate limits.
Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Cursor).

Responsibilities

Develop and contribute to end-to-end features across SaaS products and internal tools.
Build modern frontends with Next.js and React.js.
Develop scalable backend services using Node.js/NestJS.
Design and integrate APIs (REST, WebSockets, external services).
Build and maintain automation workflows and background jobs.
Work with async systems, queues, and event-driven architectures.
Integrate third-party services with rate limits and auth flows.
Use AI tools to improve development speed and testing.
Collaborate with product, data, and leadership teams.
Ship MVPs and prototypes from scratch; validate ideas quickly.
