Job summary

Bringg is seeking an experienced L2/L3 support engineer to manage complex customer issues for enterprise clients. You will investigate problems using logs, SQL queries, and API calls, and monitor system health with modern observability tools.

Strong English and Ukrainian skills are required. The role involves shifting (including night and weekend shifts) and working in a hybrid environment in Poland, with benefits that support work-life balance.

Qualifications

2+ years of L2/L3 technical or application support experience.
Intermediate SQL experience.
Proven experience with REST APIs.
Hands-on with modern observability platforms (OpenSearch, Kibana, Grafana, Splunk).
Excellent written and spoken English; Ukrainian language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle customer-facing and technical support inquiries from Bringg's enterprise customers.
Investigate issues using logs, SQL queries, and API calls to identify root causes.
Monitor system health with observability tools and proactive detection of incidents.
Collaborate with R&D by reporting bugs with clear, actionable details.
Own production incidents end-to-end and communicate statuses to stakeholders.
