Zurich Insurance is seeking a Data Analytics & AI Product Specialist in Cracow to bridge business needs with scalable data products and AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with data engineers, analytics engineers, and AI specialists to deliver data-driven products and dashboards, translating requirements into practical analytics and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (CS, Data Science, IS, Business Analytics)
• Experience in data analytics, business analysis, product management, or consulting
• Strong SQL and data analysis knowledge
• Understanding of databases, data warehousing concepts, and data pipelines
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Curiosity to learn new technologies including AI
• Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into data analytics and AI solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product priorities
• Work with Data Engineers and AI Specialists to deliver data-driven products
• Analyze data and support dashboards, KPIs, and reporting
• Support data onboarding and validate requirements against data
• Contribute to solution design, testing, rollout, and adoption
• Drive continuous improvement of analytics products and user experience
