Job summary

GlobalLogic, part of the Hitachi group, seeks a senior cybersecurity architect in Poland to shape security architecture across cloud, application, and data domains. You will drive threat modeling, risk assessments, and secure SDLC practices in a fast, hands-on environment, mentoring engineers and advancing AI-assisted security tooling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security architecture.
• Broad hands-on knowledge across application, cloud, network and infrastructure security.
• Strong threat modeling and risk-assessment experience (STRIDE / DREAD / TARA).
• Secure SDLC / DevSecOps, CI/CD security and IaC security.
• Cloud security across AWS / Azure / GCP and Zero Trust architectures.
• Familiarity with standards: NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK.
• Clear communication with engineers and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI-assisted security workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end security architectures across cloud, app, network and data layers.
• Define security requirements, reference architectures and standards for new and existing systems.
• Perform threat modeling and risk assessments and recommend mitigations.
• Lead secure-by-design reviews and embed security into SDLC and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Assess products and environments for vulnerabilities and architectural weaknesses.
• Advise on Zero Trust, IAM, encryption, segmentation and secure cloud patterns.
• Mentor engineers and penetration testers and set technical direction.
• Contribute to service offerings, accelerators and client-facing materials.
• Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted security tooling and methods.
