Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an experienced software engineering professional to join an innovative Developer Experience team. You will help AI-native practices, automate workflows, and improve tooling to raise developer productivity.

You will collaborate with multiple product areas, extend tool integrations, and prepare enablement materials to promote modern AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or Developer Experience roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and engineering best practices.
• Experience working with Java and Git-based development workflows.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation.
