Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced software engineer to empower developer productivity through AI-assisted practices and automation. You will help teams adopt AI-enabled workflows, standardize practices, and extend tool integrations across multiple product areas.

The role focuses on hands-on engineering with a strong emphasis on developer enablement, documentation, and reusable templates to scale AI adoption in software teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, or Developer Experience roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and engineering best practices.
• Experience working with Java and Git-based development workflows.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation.

In this role, you will combine hands-on engineering with developer enablement, helping teams increase productivity through practical automations, better workflows, and modern developer tooling.
